This Easy Chicken Breast Stuffing Casserole is so simple and a classic comfort food perfect for family dinner.

I love stuffing.  It is one of my favorite holiday dishes…so, when I can get away with having it for dinner, I am totally game!  This is one of the recipes that is my daughter’s favorite.  This Chicken Breast Stuffing Casserole is so easy to throw together and is a staple I love to cook.  It is the perfect comfort food, especially when it is cold outside.

Once you start serving this recipe you will continue to cook this for your family.  Most of the time we just serve this by itself, but you could also serve this up with a couple of quick veggies on the side, and dinner is done!

  • This recipe calls for cream of chicken soup, but I have used cream of celery soup in it when I was out.  The other option you could use is cream of mushroom soup.
  • I use chicken breasts for the recipe, but you can also use chicken tenderloins.  Just double the chicken tenderloins, so you have enough chicken.  Make sure your chicken is cooked through before serving.  I cook mine most of the time in my instant pot for 15 minutes and it also makes the chicken fall apart.
  • After the chicken is done, you combine all the ingredients and bake it in a 9 X 13 casserole dish as you will read in the recipe.
