Chicken Breast Stuffing Casserole
- This recipe calls for cream of chicken soup, but I have used cream of celery soup in it when I was out. The other option you could use is cream of mushroom soup.
- I use chicken breasts for the recipe, but you can also use chicken tenderloins. Just double the chicken tenderloins, so you have enough chicken. Make sure your chicken is cooked through before serving. I cook mine most of the time in my instant pot for 15 minutes and it also makes the chicken fall apart.
- After the chicken is done, you combine all the ingredients and bake it in a 9 X 13 casserole dish as you will read in the recipe.
