Salmon Spread
This salmon dip is an easy and quick appetizer or mini lunch to use for a yummy snack. This is really simple as you only use canned salmon, cream cheese, and a little bit of Ranch Dressing.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can Salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
- 1 squirt Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (I just pour a little bit, not much at all)
- Crackers (I use Club Crackers)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream chese, canned salmon, and ranch dressing. Gently stir all together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
